This area has a little bit of everything! Shopping, great schools and is home to the most in-demand neighborhood in all of Bakersfield. This area also sprawls far south so it definitely has established areas as well as developing areas further south. Residents that commute south prefer this area. It is also home to Cal State University Bakersfield (CSUB) and the shopping definitely caters to this area.
